Michael Wright, Chief Security Officer.
Michael Wright manages TECH LOCK’s Security & Compliance practice with a decade of experience in information security management, systems engineering and architecture, storage engineering, network administration, and security engineering and architecture. At TECH LOCK, Michael leads a team of talented staff specializing in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, assessing organizations against compliance standards such as PCI DSS, FISMA, HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 27000-series, and more. He also researches and evaluates new security technologies that may reduce risk, improve security and/or provide a business advantage to TECH LOCK’s clients. Michael has worked data security in the credit & collections industry for 10 years; including serving as Senior Manager of Information Security at Sallie Mae, overseeing information security for its debt collection subsidiaries. Michael has held several information security-related certifications, including Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, GIAC Systems & Network Auditor, Security+, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Security from Westwood College

Todd Langusch, President & CEO
Todd is the President & Chief Executive Officer of TECH LOCK, Inc. Todd has over 25 years of privacy, information security, and information technology experience and has held over 25 different information technology certifications. Currently, Langusch works with organizations of all sizes within the ARM Industry with their regulatory compliance programs and information technology innovation. He specializes in Collection Systems Technology, business processes, and holistic information security; mapping requirements for multiple regulatory and industry standards in a single project. Todd has a strong background within the Collection and Debt Purchasing Industry holding top IT leadership positions at several large debt buyers and has performed over 800 security assessments in the asset receivables industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer for Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. While at AACC, Langusch restructured the IT department and created a highly capable World Class IT Organization which delivered the lowest IT costs and highest productivity to date in the company’s history. After implementing a Noble Systems’ solution he led the IT department and company to the highest revenue in the company’s history for a quarter (Q1 2013) in 50 years. Langusch is an ACA International Certified Instructor, member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2). In addition to ACA International, Langusch plays an active role in the Industry speaking at various conferences to offer his expertise. Langusch was named one of the Top 50 Collection Professional’s of the year and has also held the Chairman of the Technology Committee position for ACA International as well as Noble Systems’ SNAP Panel.
